NJ Foundation
NJ Foundation began its journey on April 18, 2022, in Rajsamand district, Rajasthan, with the vision of empowering individuals through skill-based education and training. What started as a small initiative soon gained momentum, reaching various parts of the state. With dedication and continuous efforts, NJ Foundation expanded its presence across Jaipur, Ajmer, Chittorgarh, Bhilwara, Rajsamand, and Udaipur, establishing 33 sub-centers to provide quality training and career-oriented programs. These centers have played a crucial role in transforming lives by offering a variety of courses tailored to different industries and skill sets. As the foundation continued to grow, it successfully extended its services to Jodhpur and Banswara, further strengthening its impact and reach. Today, NJ Foundation stands as a beacon of learning and development, committed to uplifting individuals through education, skill-building, and career advancement. With a strong network and an ever-growing presence, NJ Foundation remains dedicated to its mission of fostering education, employment, and empowerment across Rajasthan. The journey continues, and the foundation is set to expand even further, ensuring that learning opportunities reach every aspiring individual.

मेरा नाम मनिषा कुनवार है और मैं राजस्थान के राजसमंद जिले के डिवेर गाँव से हूँ। 12वीं के बाद मुझे समझ नहीं आ रहा था कि आगे क्या करूँ। फिर मुझे नई ज़िंदगी फाउंडेशन के “रिटेल और सेल्स” कोर्स के बारे में पता चला। वहाँ सीखने के बाद मेरा आत्मविश्वास बढ़ा और मुझे “रिलायंस स्मार्ट बाज़ार” में ग्रोसरी डिपार्टमेंट में नौकरी मिल गई। अब मैं नाथद्वारा में काम करके हर महीने ₹10,000 कमाती हूँ और अपने परिवार की मदद कर पा रही हूँ।

मेरा नाम दीपिका कुनवर है और मैं राजस्थान के टोंक जिले के मालपुरा गाँव से हूँ। ग्रेजुएशन के बाद नौकरी पाना आसान नहीं था, लेकिन फिर मुझे नई ज़िंदगी फाउंडेशन के “बीपीओ (बिज़नेस प्रोसेस आउटसोर्सिंग)” कोर्स के बारे में पता चला। दिसंबर 2024 में जयपुर सेंटर में ट्रेनिंग ली, जहाँ मैंने कम्युनिकेशन स्किल्स और कस्टमर सर्विस के बारे में सीखा। आज मैं आत्मविश्वास के साथ अपने करियर की ओर बढ़ रही हूँ।

मेरा नाम रंजना कुमारी है और मैं एक साधारण मध्यमवर्गीय परिवार से हूँ। परिवार की जिम्मेदारियों में हाथ बंटाना जरूरी था, लेकिन रास्ता साफ नहीं दिख रहा था। तभी मुझे नई ज़िंदगी फाउंडेशन के “रिटेल और सेल्स” कोर्स के बारे में पता चला। एक महीने की ट्रेनिंग के बाद मुझे Barbeque Nation में शेफ के तौर पर नौकरी मिली। अब मैं हर महीने ₹9,000 कमाकर अपने परिवार की जरूरतें पूरी कर रही हूँ।
